An exciting new scheme for IHL in 2016 is a 5 person scheme in Hampden Road, Tranmere, developed with Knightsbridge Developments.

The newly completed scheme consists of 5 Self-Contained Apartments with Carer Facilities on site. The apartments have been finished to a very high standard, and as all are level access, all are fully accessible for individuals with additional mobility needs; with all apartments also including a wet room. All apartments have been fitted with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the tenants, as all will allow for future adaptations, such as ceiling track and hoists.
