Keeping you informed

Keeping You Informed

As a tenant your feedback is very important to us. It helps us find out what we are doing right and where we can improve.

We hold regular tenant meetings and have a newsletter 'Listen' which keeps you up to date with news and events.

To help you live more independently we provide information booklets. It is important that you understand the information in these booklets. You may wish to read these with your Support Worker or a friend/carer/family member:

  • Renting Your Home
  • Gas Safety
  • Antisocial Behaviour
  • Treating People Right
  • Living with a Disability
  • Getting Repairs Done
  • Getting Involved

If you have any concerns or worries about your tenancy we are always available to help in any way that we can.

Information for families and carers

Partnership approach

By working closely with the people we support as tenants, their families, friends and their extended care and support network, we enable people to live safely and independently in their own home.

Promoting independent living

We work with support providers to ensure every tenant has access to the personal care and support they require to maintain their tenancy.

Our aim is to provide you as family members and carers, with the confidence and assurance that by working with our partner network, we are able provide a service that places the needs and requirements of our tenants firmly at the centre of their support and housing service.
